Eemshaven Properties & Facilities bv is in 1996 door publieke en private partijen opgericht om de economische structuur in de Eemshaven te versterken en als het ware een mede katalisator te zijn voor nieuwe ontwikkelingen.

Eemshaven Properties & Facilities richt zich daarbij met name op dienstverlenende en toeleverende bedrijven voor grotere havenverbonden bedrijven en - overheden. Door de huisvestingsinvesteringen uit te laten voeren door Eemshaven Properties & Facilities zijn nieuwe en startende bedrijven in staat zich te concentreren bij investeringen op de financiering van hun overige activa, als bedrijfsuitrusting en werkkapitaal.
